About this coffee
Pueblo means village, and the village is San Nicolás, a walk down the road from Finca Floresco. We take our washed blend slow and dark, past brightness and into dark chocolate and brown sugar, without a trace of char.
Pull it as espresso or brew it strong. It is the boldest coffee we make.
