What we collect
This policy covers florescocoffee.com, run by Floresco Roasting Co., LLC (doing business as Floresco Coffee). We collect your email address when you join our list; your name, business details, and contact information when you send a wholesale inquiry; and your order and payment details when you buy coffee, which are collected and processed by Shopify. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
To fulfill orders, respond to inquiries, and send the emails you asked for: new releases, roast notes, and stories from the farm. We tag signups by interest so we only send what's relevant. If you leave the monthly-letter box ticked at checkout, you'll receive our monthly letter. You can unsubscribe from any email without affecting your orders.
Who we share it with
The services that run this site: Shopify (orders and checkout), Mailchimp (email list), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes your data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your information, run third-party advertising, or share your details with anyone else.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie to remember your shopping cart. Shopify's checkout sets its own cookies to process your order. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To have your information corrected or deleted, email hello@florescocoffee.com and we'll take care of it.
