Orders and payment
This site is run by Floresco Roasting Co., LLC (doing business as Floresco Coffee). Retail orders are processed and paid through Shopify's checkout. Prices are in US dollars and may change; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Wholesale accounts are invoiced separately under terms agreed by email.
Subscriptions
A subscription renews automatically on the schedule you choose: every two weeks or every month. The card on file is charged when each order is placed. Your first subscription order is half off. You can pause, skip or cancel any time from your account before the next charge, and cancelling stops future charges. An order that has already been charged is final, like any other order.
Shipping
We roast to order and ship promptly. Orders placed before December 1, 2026 begin shipping December 1. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, and US orders of $100 or more ship free.
All sales are final
Every bag is roasted to order for you, so we do not accept returns or give refunds or exchanges once an order is placed. Please check your order before you pay. The only exception is our mistake: if we send the wrong coffee, or it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send the right bag at no charge.
Site content
The photography, bag artwork, and text on this site belong to Floresco Roasting Co., LLC. Please don't reuse them commercially without asking. We're friendly about it, but do ask.
Liability
This site and our products are provided as described, without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
